Zepp was a pretty good show. They put up with substantially more smoky haze in the air back then so my memory of a lot of concerts is not that great, but Zeppelin was good enough to cut through that.

One thing that was cool at the Eagles is Steve Miller was in town (Atlanta) and came out with them for one of their encores - "James Dean" - and he, Glenn Frye and Joe Walsh were interleaving lead guitar and then syncing up in a way that left no doubt he didn't just wander out there; they had to have rehearsed that.

My favorite song by Pink Floyd is High Hopes from The Division Bell. It's wonderfully wistful.
