I know it's a pointless thread,

but,...

something fun just happened

while I was in the bathroom, the song let it go from frozen came on

and while she was singing, let it go, let it go, I was using the toilet

"letting it go"

I know that's pretty gross, but I thought that, was just, amusing!

(says the person who does not enjoy toilet humor)

it's so diffrent when it happens to you

I went first time bungee jumping to Tom Petty's song Free Falling. I'll never forget it!

I borrowed my mother's car one night when I was in high school. The next afternoon she unloaded on me "I got in my car and the first thing I noticed is it smelled like someone had been smoking. Then I noticed a spill on the carpet and when I leaned over to look close at it, it smelled like beer. And worst of all, when I cranked up the car the radio was turned up too loud and somebody was screaming 'Tie your mother down'"....

true story.

do you still have extreme things you want to do?

I quite fancy jumping out of a plain, but then I don't know if that's me saying that or the illness.

I am terrified of flying, and the air is a trigger for me.

so I think I probably know what it is

I've done a lot of adrenaline junky stuff in my 20's & never regretted it. Faced my fears. Jumped out of a plane 3 times before I ever actually landed in one. Was the most heart pounding high I ever had & lasted for months. I'd go again in a flash!
Loved spelunking too. Anything that was/is extreme.

Patagonia you are so brace. The only way I'd jump out of a plane or go down in a cave was if someone had fun to my head. Maybe not even then

I went "true spelunking" once. It gives me the willies to think back on it, even though it didn't bother me much at the time (young, dumb and full of .. uhm, bad ideas ). We did some "stovepipe" sections where you had to take your pack off and push it in front of you. They really weren't all that long before they would open up into a room but there is no way I would do that now. It was Case Cave in GA.

I entered a cave when we lived in Hawaii and when the bats started flying I totally freaked out and got the hell out of there. But my husband and brother kept going. They could barely fit through some of the tunnels but found a skeleton. They took it to the university and they said it was a human scull from someone who was around 8 years old.
