If you are on Wellbutrin, can you tell me what your dosage is?

I am on:
Epival 750 mg 1xday
Celebrex 60mg 1xday
Wellbutrin 300 mg 1xday

and am having some dark clouds surrounding me... bad thoughts..scary

Is anyone on a higher dosage of Wellbutrin?
How are you feeling with it?

I'm on 200mg of Wellbutrin twice a day. It doesn't keep me perfectly stable (I doubt any med does for anyone.), but it has helped tremendously. I shouldn't oversell it, though. I do have some very dark thoughts at times, too.

Does the 400/day push you into mania at all?

No, but if I forget that I've taken it and then take a second dose it does. I have only done that once. Whew.

100 mg SR
I get dystonia with it if I go higher.
Mine is combined with: celexa 20mg., abilify 6 mg., Adderall 20-30 mg.

i was on 400mgs, the sr version (200mgs x 2 daily). it was good when I was slowed down, lethargic, etc., but then...i got kind of jittery, so i dropped it. stopping it was fairly painless, even though i didn't bother with a proper taper.

its definitely not for everyone, but it 'got the job done' for me, w/ fewer drug-induced problems than the ssri or ssnri drugs. before i tried wellbutrin, id briefly taken Tofranil (old school tca), and...whoa. let's just say im now (more) thankful for cleaner, easier-to-tolerate, modern psych drugs.

Used to take 450 without issues.

Recently tried 100-150 and ended up suicidally depressed.

I was on 300 alone and it pushed me into mania for almost 2 months. Switched to 150 and added risperidone and depakote and was still hypomanic after a couple of weeks on that so it has been dropped completely for me
