Well, for all you Northerners...we're heading into the tunnel...make sure you get plenty of Vitamin C to make up for the lack of sunshine...

I think that's Vitamin D. Vitamin C will keep the colds away!

Despite the cold, I'm glad you have a change of scenery. In the thread you started yesterday it sounded like the walls were kind of closing in on you. Be well, dude & enjoy the light.

Just a taste of cool, not really cold, weather and my left knee and right shoulder (the pair that were operated on) both started aching. I could barely step up on stairs with my left foot. Last winter and early spring I ended up using a cane part time. In the summer, I don't even know who that rickety old man is. When it is warm out, the only reason I don't jog is that I know better. I can hustle up the stairs.

Well ****. I think my SAD is creeping in early. Been doing really well over the past 3 months. Glad I’m seeing my pdoc on the 8th. It looks like it’s going to be a long winter.

Mother Nature is gentle and usually moves gradually into darkness....it's that human factor that makes the aprupt hour change that causes so much problem. I don't want it light an hour earlier I don't want the dark to come an hour earlier dam humans and their interference!

I’m right there with you. I’ve already been using my therapy light to try and lessen the effects but I’m feeling the depression already.
