Life has its ups and downs and you are more than welcome to share both. This is a pretty compassionate board and even though I don't truly know people here, I find it helps to get comfort here. It's mutual support.

At PC, we are all sharing our negative thoughts, experiences and we all do it all the time. You dont see us apologizing
 That is the purpose of this group. So what if you are negative? We all are negative at varying degrees. That is part of the challenge and it is okay to recognize it. That is the door to addressing the problem.
