The last few days I've been feeling really up and today I keep laughing, I wanted to sing along to music outside, I can't stay still and some other things. I called my doctor but he said that I should call him tomorrow if I feel worse. I don't know what to do now?? I mean, I do think I should do something and my mum is worried.

Oh, and to clarify, my current doctor is substituting my actual doctor because she got sick or something. Anyway, any advice?

How do you feel about doing exercise? There are tons of free exercise videos on Youtube. Kickboxing or any other form of intense cardio sounds like it would be right up your alley. It won't be a cure by any means, but it can help to release some of that pent up energy. I hope you're feeling better soon.

You know what it's alright and good to laugh and no no one has the right to speak for me. I used to stand in mirrors and laugh, I got petitioned many times for that. Now I got frown lines which isn't good I stopped laughing cause I knew it would get me in trouble cops hand cuffs and all. They would always say I was off my meds when I wasn't.
My children were very young I didn't want to speak to my mom or petitioner. I don't have any friends or family to contact me. I was lonely. No adults in the house with me day in and out yes I wanted to sing. Now my laugh box is broken. I choke everytime I try to laugh. Wish I didn't stop laughing and singing. I didn't have the jitters though. I'm still home alone day in and out. I smoke 2 packs a day and because of it my doc won't cure my pneumonia. He is a Henry Ford doc.

My policy in these situations is "when in doubt, don't go out". If possible, stay home and enjoy yourself until you can see the doc.
