I just got grumpy with granny. I'm SO busy this month and today is my only day without something scheduled this week so I'm being lazy and she wants me to watch the kids. Umm Last I check they're not my kids and I'm not obligated to watch them in this arrangement she made with my sister.
And when she asked why I was t working I told her I don't work today. Her response was well why not tomorrow. Either? I explained the day program is two days a week. I feel like she's Putting my down for working. Part time and I just wanna cry! I cried and cried over this. I was so excited and proud of myself. Yeah it's pt but I'mWorking more Hours than before!im Just upset

Job, training next week for work for three days and working a prison ministry weekend. All.this.month.

I'm sorry she's putting you down. It's a real big achievement that you've been able to work. I don't blame you for getting grumpy. You need time for you too and it doesn't seem like you're getting it.

You should be proud of yourself. Working period is really hard for a lot of us. I help a family member with a daycare and let me tell you it’s no small task. I only substitute but when she calls I’m on the verge of coming up with a excuse. In the middle of the month I’m suppose to cover for a 40 hour week. I really do not want to do it and am trying to work on more coping skills to get me through it. Do not let anyone get you down. It does not matter what they think. You know what you can handle....stick to that. Do some self-care and you will know your doing your best. ((((Hugs))))

Glad to know you will have time alone. I watch funny shows (The Middle) and cartoons (Bob’s Burgers) when I just need to relax.
