Pain can definitely make our mental health issues feel even worse. I have never had the misfortune to have a migraine, but perhaps taking some OTC pain medicine and waiting it out in a darker room may help to ease the pain? That is what my dad used to do when he got migraines. Unfortunately looking at bright screens can aggravate the pain. Hope your migraine goes away ASAP!

I spent all day in bed most of it napping and taking meds for migraines

To much sleep can cause that moose. Simple spring works for me think about a blood clot developing you know.

I'm sorry you have a migraine and I hope it goes away soon. I had one today too. They're terrible.
