Another night of not sleeping well. Panic and terror.

I finally called pdoc office and left message. Told lady how if I don't sleep I get manic quick and it's been a week now. Also told her I've been taking my Ativan and no help. She's gonna give to dr later.

Hope he can help me.

Oh damn sorry about that I forgot

You need something to add to your Ativan as thats just not "enough"

Ugh I wish your Pdoc had a more impressive advice.

I hope seeing Matt will be very helpful for you this week.

Wow I’m sorry that they didn’t give you a better response. Mental health care makes me sad. I hope that you can get some sleep soon. Big hugs!

I'm gonna take Ativan before bed and if I wake up in the night take more. That's least I can think of for now.

I guess maybe they'll call back tomorrow idk. Either way I see my
T Thursday and I'm excited for that. While I have the money and stress I'm gonna try to see him weekly for at least this month.

Insist on Pristiq it was working so well . They can get it authorized its just a form to fill out to show medical necessary ... Should not be a big deal.. Be verbally proactive !

and/or go the the manufactors web site and see about fitting qualification for the med based on income.

I do this for a physical medication that would be 1140.00 a month and I gratefully receive it for free.
