Do any of you have a Wellness Action Recovery Plan or WRAP?

I just completed training on it this week so I have one now. Feels
Good!

My therapist started on one with me. Most of it I filled out myself but she worked with me on symptoms or warning signs. Not quite finished because I keep trumping it because of stuff going on with me and wife and/or kids or I show up hypomanic and go all over the place because I have an audience that will listen to all of it.

I used to have one, but never took it seriously enough. I'm making a new one because it does help.

Yeah I did mine last year I don't really look at it tbh as I know my triggers etc but it's nice to know it's there in case I need to refer back to it. My Peer Support Worker helped me with mines. My problem is I think I can handle my sumymproms but I actually can't. I didn't do the crisis plan as I already had one in place. I don't really have a go to thing if I'm depressed I just ride it out the best I can before talking to a health professional. Same with mania tbh!

Think it's a good thing to have though

Yes I do. I learned about it when I lived in Nashville TN. I love May Ellen Copeland. Sometimes when I soak in the bath. I listen to her seminars on YouTube. I told my older daughter about WRAP. She is going to make one too.
