When you are having active hallucinations. Just makes them worse... and I only had two light beers.

I seldom drink but when I do it messes with my stability if I have more than a drink or two.

Atypicals never play well with alcohol. I forgot this and had a small margarita with friends. Felt like the room was spinning and extremely intoxicated (sea legs, falling on my butt). Took about 3 hours to wear off. Had someone drive me home. Won't make that mistake twice!

I still have a drink a few times a week but I have one drink and not very much in the glass.
It is always rum or bourbon and I just sip it slowly over quite a while in the evening. I find it very relaxing and I don't abuse it. I know if I were to drink more than one it probably wouldn't be a good situation.

I have liver issues so I've given up alcohol.

Yeah I've experienced that as well. One drink=twice as psychotic symptoms. Not a fun equation to figure out the hard way.
