I feel like I have demons inside me. I'm not manic or depressed so idk why I'm having religious fixatio. Like when I am but I'm not either up or down. I'm telling myself it's not real and I am safe but the thoughts keep coming.

My friend is worried about me so I agreed to call my dr. He said to take more haldol through the weekend

I was. He upped my haldol to 7.5mg at night

My psychologist emailed me back after I apologized for bugging him
Yesterday in my fear stricken state. He said he recommends I take a sick day tomorrow to see him because this is going on. I'm worried. But I did it. And I feel Horrible because I had plans for our clients tomorrow and even spent my own money to get them a pumpkin pie.  I sometimes hate that I'm weak when I'm scared and dealing with demons. Am I crazy? I'm worried about seeing him.

Maybe you should think about IP if the haldol isn’t helping. I say this with the most care, but you sound like you were before when you were manic and had psychosis. Take care of yourself hun and happy holiday. ((Hugs))

No I'll be fine. I have a safety plan with my psyd and ip is on there but im not going. I have a job and I don't wanna lose it. I'm not that sick.

I'm not at home. I'm just trying to stay busy and keep my thoughts distracted. But im having a really hard time today. Really hard. If I cut I won't be as scared and the demons might bleed away.

You don't want to cut because that can lead to hospitalization. Would you feel safer in the hospital?
