I don't wanna go to the hospital. I wold feel safer but I can't go and don't want to. I'll fight this. I see psyd again tuesday.

Your strong you can fight this. Keep reminding yourself that you can't hurt yourself then you'd have to go to the hospital and explain. You know your thoughts are wrong keep reminding yourself your okay as long as you don't hurt yourself. Tuesday is coming soon just count down the days/hour/ min if you need too.

I feel better today. No urges to cut. Not sure about the demons. Doesn't seem as scary..

Just try to remember it's not true. If the urge is to strong take a warn shower, listen to the water, feel the warm water on your skin, smell the soap and shampoo.
