This is what I would try to do (what I would actually say to myself and do):

-deep breathes
-repeat "not real"
-call pdoc
-ask about changing meds to make the "little things" go bu-bye

Cry if it helps but remember - too much fretting leads to more hallucinations.

Im trying to wean off zyprexa. Been down to 2.5 for the last month. Im supposed to go on lamictal on the 24th. Had been just peachy until today.

Im going to say its unlikely that anyone has found you on PC or reading your blog... Can you imagine if your providers had time to do all that ??? its hella hard to find a Pdoc and T to even see patients let alone track anyone down online.

I remember in the past you had told a T about your Bipolar blog and she said then to write about other stuff.

Yes i think that was my pdoc who said that. When something is bothering me and i think its bipolar related I write about it.

It was good. I could sing higher than i could in months. (An ongoing problem.) Everybody missed me. (I took two weeks off because i had a fever.) I came home and got a shower.

Iis 3 pm and im really tired. Im finding a bunch of grey hairs on my head. Managed to pay rent and phone etc today. Yay. Still think people are after me but oddly enough one persomn who is always nasty to me was so nice today. Mainly because mmy 18 yo paid the rent for the first time. Ok. I need a nap.
