I can't sleep. My mind is running a million miles a minute. All very dark anxious thoughts. I took a diazepam, haldol, and zyprexa. Nothing is helping. I feel like I'm totally losing it.

Sound very unsettling.
![]() Have you done IOP or a similar program? Meds are a part of managing mental illness. Learned skills are another very important part. Have you and you pdoc ang tdoc been able to discuss why you seem so unstable and developed a plan toward becoming more stable? You have a lot on your plate at home. I am concerned about you and hope you can find ways to enjoy more stability. ![]() ![]() ![]() WC

I know what triggered my panic attack last night, I just can't say it on here. A good sleep and I feel much better. I didn't think I was that unstable. I only start threads on here when I'm in a crisis. And I'm also going through a huge meds change. I also forget my CBT skills when I'm that upset, which doesn't help. Sorry for posting all my problems. I'll try not to do that so often.
