I can't sleep. My mind is running a million miles a minute. All very dark anxious thoughts. I took a diazepam, haldol, and zyprexa. Nothing is helping. I feel like I'm totally losing it.

Sound very unsettling.

Have you done IOP or a similar program?
Meds are a part of managing mental illness. Learned skills are another very important part.

Have you and you pdoc ang tdoc been able to discuss why you seem so unstable and developed a plan toward becoming more stable?

You have a lot on your plate at home. I am concerned about you and hope you can find ways to enjoy more stability.

I know what triggered my panic attack last night, I just can't say it on here. A good sleep and I feel much better. I didn't think I was that unstable. I only start threads on here when I'm in a crisis. And I'm also going through a huge meds change. I also forget my CBT skills when I'm that upset, which doesn't help. Sorry for posting all my problems. I'll try not to do that so often.

Don’t worry, that’s what PC is for. Post as much as you need and all we can do is try to support one another as best we can. glad you’re doing better.
