Sorry, I just have this compulsion to type and type right now. I'll try to keep this as brief as I can.
I may be hypomanic right now, possibly escalating into actual mania at some point. It shows no signs of stopping. It's getting more intense almost every day. I'm sleeping about 5-6 hours a night and having rather vivid dreams, I have a bad case of the motor mouth, I'm restless, and I've already done things I regret. But the thing is, I don't know if this is intense enough to really warrant concern. I mean, I'm still 100% functional right now. This might not even be hypomania and I could just be excited about something. I don't know. I've been taking my meds, though I ran out of my antipsychotic today. I don't want to call my pdoc because I think he's been prescribing some of these meds to mess with me and I'm rather distrustful as a result. I see my therapist tomorrow though but I already know what she's going to say. I really don't know who to go to or when I should get help. I'm so freaking medicated there's no way I could be going hypomanic right now.

IMHO I would suggest not stopping your anti psychotic. If you are hypo manic that could lead to full on mania.

I dont suggest you stop your meds... Your sleep is off and that is the first sign of going Hypo and Mania usually follows then the crash.
Call your Pdoc ....

Please call your doctor and don't stop your meds. Do you have anyone irl that can confirm your self diagnosis of "100% functional"?

You saying "I don't want to call my pdoc because I think he's been prescribing some of these meds to mess with me" worries me! You should be able to trust your pdoc! Are you sure you're not paranoid?
Hope you feel better. Call your pdoc

Yes, either call your pdoc or ask your chemist to help for a few days until you can refill your script properly.

I ran out of Vraylar. I'm getting more soon but it looks like I may be going inpatient now. This hypomania has gone mixed unfortunately and it's not looking good.
