Hello everyone,

I decided it was time for me to go back to therapy. I have insurance again. I’m a little nervous. My past therapist is no longer with the same agency. She only takes private insurance and I have Medicare. I found another agency and they just called me to remind me of my appt on Tuesday. I have a copay so I can’t afford to go weekly. I’ll do twice a month.

It can be anxiety-provoking to start therapy, especially with a new therapist.
I hope this therapy helps you.
To your healing,

WC

Thank you TheSadGirl and Wild Coyote. I’m going to use some coping skills and try to relax

Hello everyone,

Today is the day and I’m in the waiting room. I over heard a lady say her therapist was good. Then she said his name. To my surprise that’s who I am here to see as well. I am really happy I heard her say that.

Thank you everyone for being so supportive. The therapist asked what support system I had. I told him NAMI, PsychCentral and my daughters.
