Every night before bed, I get anxious.

It is when I take my daily meds, including a sleeping pill.

I wonder why? I don't take any benzos. I think I keep a lid on my anxiety all day, and when I go to bed, I decompress.

Makes sense?

When I'm out and about, I wear a mask that says I'm fine when I'm actually not at all. As soon as I get home where it's safe to remove my mask, I often crumble and start crying. It may be that as soon as you feel comfortable, your real emotions come out. Anxiety sucks, I hope you feel better soon.

I struggled with this for awhile. It started with too high a dose of geodon. I had panic attacks in bed. When I went back down to a smaller dose the attacks went away but I developed anxiety around bedtime. It gave me insomnia. It lessened very slowly over time. Having drugs like Seroquel and Saphris at bedtime made a difference (neither of which I take now).

Same thing happens to me. I struggle to fall asleep and when I do I have panic attacks in my sleep and wake up in the middle of them.

In the mornings I feel good, around noonish I feel OK, and about 5 or 6 my anxiety starts kicking in and by bedtime I'm a wreck. Don't know why

This happens to me too. It's like during the day I'm too busy to worry about things, but then I have time to worry about everything when I hit the bed.
