a few days ago someone came out to have a look at my tv who was local

and he was BP

so we spent the next hour talking about the mental health system and about our diagnoses, rather than me being bored with all these technical terms.

it's the little things in life like this that make me feel human, and normal

I am going to keep in contact with him too. he is a nice guy

My students invited me for lunch. It has been really nice. One couple made lunch for me. Another student today took me out to lunch. They all have been nice. I also met with my former college alumnus and went to lunch. All these lunches have kept me going. Tomorrow is Christmas here, and I will be working. Then, on New Year's Eve and Day I will be all alone again. I have a man visiting me all the way from the states. I am excited! But, the holidays will be lonely. I don't worry about it too much. I am happy with what I have. Of course, I wished I could have spent the holidays with my family. But, my mother is coming soon, hopefully, in January. I may be alone on the holidays but there are times when I have time with others and enjoy life. All in all, I am happy with what I have. Merry Xmas!!

Just hearing about my daughter's day is helpful.
