Its snowed so hard last night it looks like Im trapped in my place as I live on a hill. Im sick as hell and I have no food in my house. I was going to a party tonight but dont think its gonna happen.
Ill be okay but this was not my vision of my day. In the last 150 years it has snowed like 5 times on xmas in my city and here it is today. |

 Weather can really mess things up, and it's the worse when it happens so unexpectedly. I hope the rest of your day goes better.

I'm trapped as well. I think we got 8 inches of snow here? The plow hasn't come yet, either, and it's 12:30pm already.
Snow on Christmas does suck! Maybe take this time to catch up on your favorite movies or favorite shows? Or read some books you're behind on. |

I'm sorry to hear that!! I'm spending Christmas alone since I moved away from my mom and immediate family a few months ago. I moved to help take care of my grandma but she passed away about 1 1/2 months ago, and I managed to break my foot 2 1/2 weeks ago so I'm stuck in bed for the next few weeks. But I'm trying to stay positive! I'll just use this time to binge-watch my shows on Netflix

Thanks everyone for the wishes. I ended up sleeping most of the day, still feel like crap, but the roads opened up and will go to a GA meeting with some other Xmas orphans n have some food there so will have some interaction today.
