I can't catch my breath from the panic I'm feeling. Every little chore is too much and I struggle to do it. I'd rather not be here I'm such a burden. I can't calm down inside. My meds make sleepy and I just wanna lie I bed from the depression. Took all I had to shower. I still have dishes and trash and laundry to do. It's all too much. Inwish I'd never been born.

If every chore is too much, how about breaking things up?
I remember one of my teachers saying 20mins study, 5mins break, 20mins study, 5mins break... And my therapist told me something similar about work because I have difficulty sitting still. So why not try 20mins chore, 5mins break, 20mins chore, 5mins break... Sorry you're feeling crappy

That's a tough day. It's great you were able to take a shower. That has encouraged me to go take one myself. I've also got crippling anxiety sometimes and it really sucks. The best thing is if I can get distracted and somehow a few hours can pass where i'm not focussed on those anxious thoughts. It's possible.

I'm going to the hospital I think. All I can think about is self harming and suicide.
I'm going to my aunts and then I'll decide.
