my most resent blood labs had a estimated GFR of 57 and a total bilirubin 1.6mg/dl I am not a dr but when results show out of range it worries me ... can anyone advise me if I should follow up or just let it slide ... I probabily will not check it again for 6 months ...

Follow up with it ! No need to freak out sometimes it’s a lab error and a retest clears things up.

I’m on medication for my arthritis that I gave to have labs monthly. Lol not even sure if the meds working or not yet

Put your mind at ease and follow up. Better safe than sorry. I'm sure you're fine though. Big hugs.

Definitely ask your doctor. Have they seen these results, too? If so, maybe they see no major red signs from them. I know that my list of blood test results always has a couple out of range that no doctor ever cares about.
