Do you ever get a minor high (not hypomanic or manic) before entering into a depressive episode, if you have been stable for a while?

I often go quite a few months between episodes, and over the years I have found one major sign that a depressive episode is imminent.
I have a really good mood, just a "normal" good, happy mood...but this is a warning for me personally. I know that once I detect my mood has risen I have about a 2 week time frame to prepare for the depression because I never know how low it will be.
I have a normal slightly withdrawn, socially awkward, unreactive and slightly apathetic baseline mood unfortunately (and hypomania rarely occurs and depression seems to dominate the majority of episodes), which is why a good mood for me more often than not turns out to be a warning (though, luckily, not always and I can enjoy being happy then).

Thanks. Peace.

No, I don't recall having such a situation, but it's good you've become aware of a pattern. I do see other patterns of my own to the onset of episodes.

Yes I go up before down. I then go up again.
If I’m lucky, I get 4-8 weeks stability in between switching moods.
