what does an old man standing outside your window with glasses with two black cats ontop of each of his shoulders clawing the old mans face means?

No idea. If you have a prn that you normally take when hallucinating, then may be an idea to take it. If you don’t pls let you pdoc know about your hallucination.

There is no hidden message in a visual hallucination, I believe you have a delusion about this. Something that you might want to talk to your psychiatrist
