So after being manic for 10 days I've crashed. I have so much to do to keep up with what I started when I had all that energy but I really don't want to do anything but stay in bed. Is there anyway I can get back just a little bit of that energy to get stuff done and feel a bit better?

If you find an answer, please share...

I usually manage to internalize and force myself to go through the motions.

Sorry you are now feeling down.

I often push myself, if I can. Often, cannot.

Thinking of you.

Set small attainable goals. Don’t look at everything you need to do at once way to overwhelming.

I set an alarm for 15 mins and do what ever you can get done , take a break if need be and reset the timer.

I’m packing to move and using this plan with 30 minute timers

Sorry you crashed, hopefully you won’t stay down too long

That is a great system I have done this myself.

This day is shiit. My dystonia is acting up, so I can't even do things in small increments. My son came home early from school acting manic and having very violent urges. He took a zyprexa but hasn't calmed down yet. Now he says he wants to go back to school. I just want this day to fuucking end!
