Why is it that I only get a few stable days before shiit hits the fan again.I'm having delusions and paranoia. I think I'm either just getting the new meds in my system and it might take a while before they start working. Who knows? Either that or my meds are not working at all. I just don't wanna end up IP. Which exactly where I'll go if I don't start improving soon'

Sorry to hear this. Maybe the meds just need more time. I'm here if you need me. Hugs.
Thanks for this!

I have lots of PRN's and I have been taking them.
But I have angels in my house and they want to go back to heaven but won't go without me.

The angel's aren't real. Ignore them they tell lies. You don't have to go with them.

May be time to consider the hospital. I know you don't want to go, but you need to be safe. Hugs.

What do you mean here? Please explain.
I think you probably need to give the meds more time

I know it's a major inconvenience for you but the hospital may not be a bad idea.

It's really up to you and your feelings and safety. Will he get you checked out if needed? Has he done so I'm the past? I want you to be safe

He has taken me to the hospital kicking and screaming more than once. He's very good at knowing when it's time to go. I trust him.

I think you should call your pdoc. He/she can give you advice and figure out if the meds are working or not. Or at least he/she can tell you when the meds should kick in. It's good information to know.

Call Monday if the office is closed today
Thanks for this!

Call the pharmacy today about how long it'll take for meds to kick in.

It's next to impossible to contact my Pdoc outside of appointments. But if he knew what I'm dealing with he would admit me immediately.
And if I refused he would certify me.

Maybe that's best? You seem to know what you need. I can't decide for you.

I am so drugged and confused, I dont know what I need. I looked up seroquel side effects and if you go down the list far enough it says increased thoughts of suicide. I didn't start feeling this way until I started the seroquel.

All psych meds say that, at least all the ones I've ever been on, including and especially antidepressants. Seroquel is an atypical antipsychotic, but works as an antidepressant in bipolar disorder. I used it for sleep in bipolar disorder. It sure doesn't change my depressed moods either way, but knocking me out when I need it is nice. Lately it's working again. I forget if you mentioned, are you on low dose or?
Thanks for this!

That will take some getting used to. Several weeks is a possibility. When I started it, I was on 200mg XR at night and that took a long time before I was ok to drive, almost a month, but by the end of the month, my doctor upped it again to 400 and changed to immediate release. I stayed on that for a long time.
Seroquel can be wonderful, but it does take getting used to. I know a guy that took it like you're describing and after about 3 weeks he "broke through" and became an extremely well adjusted guy all at once. It lasted for 7 years almost.
My daughter is taking XR twice a day. She says it's helping but really thought she was coming unglued at first.
Hang in there. Call your Dr if needed. If you're really not in control, you know where to go.
Thanks for this!

I shared with my mom what was going on with me. she told me that the angels were demons disguised as angels That I must have been doing something wrong to allow demons to enter my mind.

I'd like to discuss that with your mom sometime but now isn't it. You're having hallucinations due to your illness. That's all it is. Either give the meds more time or call your doctor or go to the hospital. If you have a prn now is probably the time

If you need to, call 911 or the ambulance service directly. They will transport you to a hospital if nobody else will. It's a safe way to get there with no judgement. I had to ride in one when I got about 14 or more yellow jacket stings at once, after I ran over the nest while mowing. I was very confused because of the pain(all in that semicircle in the back of a ball cap) and too much benedryl(my fault when I freaked out), but they were very nice about it from the parts I remember. It's ok to need help. It's not ok to not take it if it's there and you need it.
Thanks for this!
