I've had that feeling before not too long ago. Not a good one to have either. I had to get my meds changed around a bit and now I'm feeling better. I hope that feeling goes away for you soon!!

Total auto pilot. Realized mid- drive I was in the car. Back home and I feel outside myself. Like behind and to the right. It’s like I’m on cruise control and I pay attention every once in awhile.

I'm off by one step left today. Could be the tinnitus in my left ear. Coffee is helping me though.
What helps you?
Thanks for this!

Do you ever float through the day not feeling aware but then suddenly realize, oh I'm driving right now or some other task? That happens to me a lot. Almost like a black out but not.

It really started late Sunday and what you're describing was me all day yesterday. I'm actually felling a bit better today

I'm always thankful when those feelings are a few days rather than weeks. Glad you're feeling better today!

I feel this way sometimes but, I notice it more when I'm day dreaming which is why I have to force myself to focus and empty my mind when I have to do something serious or important but, sometimes I can just zone out and be like I'm not there at all. People have even told me that they'd been calling my name and it was as if I didn't hear them. So, they'll shout to get my attention and I'll be like "Huh? What?" Usually my excuse is either day dreaming or simply an "I don't know..."
