Could you use the time to learn a new skill?????

Juggling? Conversational Welsh? Download a piano app and learn Claire de Lune
Maybe I COULD be useful but I'd rather waste some braincells.
I found "Dirty Work" with Norm McDonald online to watch. Funny AF

I called in sick several times on a snowy day. I understand this. Although, it's ice that bothers me most. I'm afraid of falling and breaking something. I know someone who fell and broke both wrists.

I'm aware I could fall too, but I'm not thinking about it.
I'm going out tomorrow regardless. I have a suburban. She's a 2x but big enough and old enough to take out anything in her way. Like guard rails. Maybe I better think about it first...
Excuse my sick humor. That was a joke, the last bit anyway.

I love big snowfalls, & we get them here in Michigan. Everything is virgin white & the snow absorbs sound, making the world seem insulated. I find being snowed in very peaceful. It sometimes cracks me up when I hear of people being "snowed in" with 2-6" of snow on the ground. That's business as usual here. It's all what you're used to, I guess.

Exactly, it's what I'm used to.
Are you a yupper?
I wouldn't mind being snowed in if it weren't so damn lonely or at times abusive. Seems like somebody always wants to poke at me. They think I will respond. At this point I almost smile like they're funny, only they don't know what kind of funny. It's like how the garbage smells if it sits in front of the heat vent overnight.
Psy-trance is very good at mellow time. G'night all

I gotcha, SorryShaped. I guess the company & internal environment would have a lot to do with one's attitude. I live in the mitten; they get some head-high snow up in the UP!

Were you able to get out today? A snow storm just came through here in Tennessee. Did you get the same?
