Today I was at the store. An unfamiliar feeling befell me: my eyes began to tingle then my nose and a tear rolled down next to my nose. Simultaneously I began to grin widely and laugh at myself.

I've thought I was going that way too, recently even. I was only happy and the sadness was keeping me back. I'm better now. It passed.
I hope you feel better soon, too. Please keep posting
Thanks for this!

i've been having less mixed stuff going on since my new psychiatrist has trimmed the combination down to 2 drugs per day. its...odd, i guess. i think more clearly, i have more "emotional range," etc....

but i don't have the drug-induced low mood, sedation, numbing, at least...not nearly to the same extent as I did before dropping stuff and cutting doses.

i hope things get better in your world.

I'm in a mixed episode as well .. it's easing up a bit now but earlier it felt like my heart was racing and I had a hard time sitting still. I feel exhausted since that feeling is letting up. It gets hard for me to function when I'm having a mixed episode!! I literally want to run a marathon and cry at the same time, and then I get really irritated.

Hope you start feeling better soon!
