I think I am manic. Saw Doc and she recommended I take PRN ativan for a few days.
Does anyone else do this?

Prn's help but when I am manic my pdoc goes up on the anti psychotic or changes it if the mania is bad enough. Prn's for me are for hypo mania mainly.

Yes if I’ve nipped it early in the bud. I take extra PRN Seroquel and Valium for 3-4 days and then my dr reviews how I am. I’m usually close to ‘normal’ by then.

Yeah, Ativan has some reasonable anti-manic activity. Not incredibly strong, and I don’t think it’s prophylactic, but it can help.

Meds: Latuda, Lamictal XR, Vyvanse, Seroquel, Klonopin Supplements: Monster Energy replacement.  Also DLPA, tyrosine, glutamine, and tryptophan
