My husband left yesterday and on his way to NJ he stopped at his friends house. He was telling his friend the problems I've been having and apparently his friend has the same issues and he has chron's. I have another appt with my GP on tuesday so will bring that up with them, cause god damn I am sick of eating salad.

Other than that feeling slightly overwhelmed. 11 months is a long time and I already miss my husband. I want to crawl under the covers and sleep for 11 months. I hate bothering people when I feel like crap, like I don't deserve support.

Crohn's runs in my family severely, it is not an easy illness to go through and I hope you don't have it, although having an explanation for one's symptoms is always a comfort because then you can do something about it, you know?

I think you're planning to join lots of activity clubs in your area, right?

Being near friendly people makes me feel a lot better, even if I don't tell them or show them that I feel like crap. It's very comforting. Maybe you'll feel nice after hanging out with some nice people.

I feel better about today now. I went to whole foods and found some food I can have. I even found some cookie dough. I went to the hipster bakery too and got some macrons and ordered half a doz banana nut muffins. It's kinda sad I'm on a first name basis in there. I know I could bake my own stuff but I'm lazy and the lady makes delicious stuff.

I just got to get rid of this fatigue. It's getting me down. I'm just tired asf and my body hurts. If i could get rid of one thing wrong with me it would def be my arms and hands hurting. So sick of it. In the past year the only time my arms and hands didn't hurt was when I was on antibiotics last april. Oh well, such is life.

Tomorrow I'm going to my podiatrist cause I have a bump on the bottom of my foot and when you push on it it hurts. I bet there will be cortisone shots followed by rage. You've been warned. Going to call my GI dr tomorrow to so I can set up an appt cause I know my GP will want to send me there next. Been having pain in my upper right abdomen anyways that I need to get checked out.

Things will be ok.
