i feel so low that i want to die but too scared to kill myself
told husband i feel like this he says i need to distract myself
Possible trigger:
want to cry but will not come out feel stuck going to watch some anime Dragon ball super see if it helps
Possible trigger:
unsure whats going to happen tomorrow morning when am awake and he is sleeping if i still feel like this

Could you go to a bookstore or library to browse? One of my favorite authors is Nigel Tranter. He wrote novels based on various stories in Scotland ‘s history. I think Waterstones is big enough they would still have some of his works. (He died in the late 90’s, if I remember correctly.)

Reading is a great distraction. I have been reading a lot lately.
What else helps you to distract yourself? Have you seen your pdoc and/or therapist lately? Please keep yourself safe. ![]() WC

Are you able to distract using books movies Netflix binges? Anything the will help the time go faster.
I tend to wander the internet for utterly random stuff or Wikipedia crap. Please stay safe , your loved, valued and needed.

if things dont impove in the next two days am going to my drs never felt this low before
i have good times with friends am at one of my groups but when i get home just me and my husband i love my husband he cant understand why am so low my husband says i keep treating myself like **** i need distract myself i hate myself mostly thats what the problem is
