I just have these random bouts of sadness. Now I know that Im getting a divorce and that just adds another huge pile of garbage to my stress already. But it just seems that these waves of sadness just wash over me. otherwise I feel like a million bucks most days. Anyone else deal with this?

I think this is totally normal. You are going through so many changes in your life. Yes I've been there. For different reasons, but I can relate. If it becomes consuming, see your doctor. Otherwise I think its just life. Hugs.

It sounds like you are going through a lot so that could very well be normal for the circumstances. If it starts to interfere with your daily life I’d see your doctor. Lots of hugs. Divorce is no fun.

I am sorry you are experiencing sadness; however, I do think it's a "normal" part of the grieving process associated with divorce, etc.

Please be kind to yourself, allowing yourself to grieve while also allowing some distraction/fun at times.

Why are you going through a divorce? Is there a way to save your family? Family is sacred.
