my lowness hasn't improved am at home am not at the crisis house reasons 1 , my 15 and 16 year old nieces are staying over for the weekend they normally come every month my mother sends them to see us we cant change this and my mother dont understand about mental health at all 2, i dont like being away from my husband and my cats and house , i can try and call them again am not calling the crisis team as that was a waste of time the last time but i have other numbers i can call .
One of the reasons i was so low was the fact i miss my dad who killed himself 5 years ago i miss him a lot and cant get over his death ...i have phone numbers i can call about that there is a support group for people who have went through losing a family member in that way.

I am sorry that your mother doesn't understand. Seems like that does put you in a spot.
