Are there any logical suggestions for dealing with fury, wrath, hate, etc that has to all be kept inside you?
Thanks for this!

What are all the little ancillary things that are pulling and pushing on you? Can you write some of them down here or elsewhere, for just you?
What's the biggest one in the center?
You can grab at little ones to try to slow them down, but the storm in the center is the big problem.
Thanks for this!

Internal anger enjoy it? Talk about it, write it down, think about it critically, pray about it. I find yoga and hot baths helps as well as making sure I get enough fat and protein in my diet. Enough sleep is important too.

Therapy can help you get it out and life gets easier then. It wasn't easy for me but I am much happier now that we dealt with that.

Exersize to the point of exhaustion. I think this may help.
Thanks for this!

I've not experienced that helping. But, it does feel really good.
Though, the type might make a difference. But, I've also not had that matter yet either
Thanks for this!

I totally sympathize. I held enough of that inside to make me physically ill. Please keep focusing on what you can do about it. It's probably different for everyone. For me, talk therapy to get it all out and then analyze what I have control over and what is beyond my control helped me let some of it go. For the leftover fury related to bipolar only and not tied to a person or event, I've found punching an bag and/or going somewhere I can't be heard and screaming at the top of my lungs helps.

I do need to try a punching bag sometime. I do find a bit of temporary relief punching air in the Core de Force class. Elbow slices seem like the most vicious thing
Thanks for this!

Bring you wrist in close to your chest, like from following a block, then twist into and throw your whole body weight into it as you bring your elbow down in a slicing motion. Keep your core super tight and roar as you do it. Supposedly you can break bones with it. It doesn't look like much but do it a few times and you'll see the power.
I'm terrible at descriptions

Buy ugly thrift store plates and do some smashing, always help me unload my head when I’m so angry, self loathing and feeling like a burden.

I love smashing holiday plates lol
