So I have been sporadic in the site. I wanted to let you guys know I am doing well and have been stable for most part. I am on the same meds and Wellbutrin again lol. I am tackling medical issues along with my weight. I saw a weight loss doctor and she prescribed to me saxenda. This weight loss group also has a dietician which I I’ll see weekly support groups which I’ll go and a psychologist. (I’m intrigued to see what the psychologist will say).
I am also tackling other issues my sugar was high so I was recently diagnosed diabetes 2 and taking an increased metformin for that and saxenda is suppose to help with it too. New glasses new prescription. Back and shoulder are being worked on and getting better. Gastrointestinal doctor and I’m getting a colonoscopy for a problem I have (sure you guys don’t want to know). I am also trying to make my workouts more consistent and trying to have a group to hold me accountable. I am also aiming to go to Thailand in May and have to be in great shape. Think that’s all. Hope you guys are doing well and I will throw my advice when feasible.  .

Glad to hear you're being proactive and working on yourself.
Metformin will also help you lose some weight at first. I lost some weight with it, but also need to make dietetic changes. |

Saxenda came in and took first dose. Let’s see how it works.

Thank you all. Well did a one hour king fu class. 15 min ab workout. Was starving picked up the salad got to work and felt full before I even opened it

How cool---my family and I are planning to go to Thailand in the spring too. We're going to be in Phuket. Wouldn't it be funny if we all were to bump into each other?
