Is anyone else going gluten free for their moods? I’ve been experimenting with gluten free for years but now that I’m going off lamictal I’m committing.

I’ve done all sorts of things with my diet but nothing has had any impact my moods.

I'm pretty sure that I don't believe gluten is always the problem with foods. I believe that the glyphosate used on grains is harmful and can cause symptoms.

Oddly enough, there is a Monsanto facility less than 3 miles from my home. People do occupy it and I support them.

Never heard of this, but I'm pretty much gluten free and still have mood issues, probably even worse! Bleh
