Does rapid cycling only involve happy and sad moods? Can it involve other moods like agitation or anger? I go into severe agitation and anger super fast and it's scary. Anyway, I have a consultation at Johns Hopkins next month and I hope to straighten all this out.

I go... everything. Agitation is yes, really common. Its like being on a roller coaster that bever stops... sometimes you just really want off- and that is when I get agitated.

Im sorry this is happening. I wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy. I hope your appointment goes well
Thanks for this!

Yes, it feels like a roller coaster especially when I worked. I was super angry by the time I got to work because of traffic. It was a horrible way to start the day. I almost yelled at the pharmacist and my father two weeks ago. It was scary. I feel like someone's going to commit me for something I do or say. I've lived with this a long time so I'll continue to manage it to a degree.
