With all my continuous ailments I have gotten back to depressed state. My low testosterone levels and lack of girlfriend has hit a toll lately. I just want to get better but looked back at all my setbacks and nothing good has happened. I just kept decking declining declining. I want to be happy, but happy feels like it is in a distant planet that I can not reach. I suck.

Hey Boogie,
Are you still working with the skills you've learned in IOP?

Been working out?

What's the plan for treating low testosterone? Is your doctor going to prescribe?

I get discouraged, too.
