On Monday I am to be discharged from hospital afte 18 days. The agitation and sleeplessness (mixed mania) have been resolved and now I’m resting as I’m exhausted from the ordeal. It is wonderful to be calm and able to sleep. I was supposed to go home today but there was a mix up with the doctor. That’s ok cause all I’m doing is sleeping and eating. I will stay at my parents till Wednesday to make sure I’m ready to be alone then go home Wednesday afternoon. Can’t wait to have my freedom back. Thanks to all who have supported me on this journey.

So glad for you! Is it still warm enough to swim in the ocean?

The water is only slightly cooler than summer so it really is mind over matter getting into the water on cooler days. I live on the coast of the Indian Ocean so we he strong cool breezes from Antartica. The outside temperature is still relatively warm (23’C) but the wind can make it feel colder. I am buying a long sleeve wet suit shirt so I can hopefully be brave enough to get in the water over winter as it is such good therapy for me.

Thanks for thinking of me.

That sounds wonderful. I have mountains and I love them but you can't really swim in them .
