I think meds are an important component of recovery, but lifestyle and behavioural changes are just as important.

It is said an Eastern monarch once charged his wise men to invent him a sentence, to be ever in view, and which should be true and appropriate in all times and situations. They presented him the words: "And this, too, shall pass away." How much it expresses! How chastening in the hour of pride! How consoling in the depths of affliction! ---"Address before the Wisconsin State Agricultural Society". Abraham Lincoln Online. Milwaukee, Wisconsin. September 30, 1859. |

Thanks to everyone for your viewpoints. I've decided to increase my Wellbutrin to 300 mg and maybe then to 450 if necessary. I also have an appointment with a therapist. I'm hoping those two things together will help with the depression. We'll see.

AD at best will help. Or they'll drive you into mania. I've yet to have an AD that made me feel good without driving me too high. Doctors won't allow it, keeping you on the low side. Even taking more after begging Pdoc, hasn't worked for me as they'll up your MS at the same time. Sometimes I've come off an AD because of side effects, and only then realized it was probably doing more than I thought. I try to give a drug six months unless its side effects are unbearable. Quality of a crappy life has to be part of the equasion
