I finally had my appointment with a brand new pdoc. I am ecstatic!! The drive there is long but I think it is worth it. The appointment went so well. She listened to everything I had to say from my note. Asked a lot of questions and really seemed to care. I was given her full attention unlike my past pdoc who wouldn’t even look at me. She is amazing so far. She gave me the official label of bipolar 1 with psychosis for now and we are going to work on figuring out the rest. She said we are going to work as a team. I got new meds to try once I can get them filled. I am very happy and actually have hope for once. I just need to eventually find a good tdoc as well. Today was a good day.

What terrific news! I see my new shrink/T for the 3rd time today. I think that she’s great, too.
It’s such a wonderful experience to have good professionals.
