I'm feeling sort of paranoid maybe. I'm worried there's cameras in the vents at work and they're watching me.

I can relate. The other day I thought there were cameras in my eyes and in the flies in my room. I hope the paranoia passes soon.

Has anyone found any meds that help with paranoid thinking, delusional thinking , grandiosity?

I am currently trying seroquel I have read that it can help with paranoid thinking.

I guess paranoid thinking, delusional thinking and gradiosity are all part of mania ...

When it happens to me I remind myself I have a boring life and no one would care enough to record me.

I could be many factors playing tricks on you. I get really paranoid when I'm trying to function on very little sleep. Stimulants like coffee, just intensify it, my anxiety spikes like clockwork.

Hope you rip out all those cameras. Just kidding, I know how bad it is.

God bless.

Paranoia sucks! I go through phases where I’m afraid a swat team is going to bust down the door and haul me off to prison. I doesn’t help to tell myself that haven’t done anything wrong. I’ve never even gotten a traffic ticket. All the media about spying and social media manipulation is not helping. But then I realize that I’m already in prison! My mind is a cage and I’m locked up in it. I wish I could bake myself a cake with file in it! Saw through these bars and break free. I hate mental illness! (I’m pissed off today! In case you haven’t noticed.)

He helped me prepare to be assertive and ready to speak to my
Pdoc about this. And not wanting to take haldol anymore.

I’m glad he helped you! Stand strong and insist that haldol isn’t for you. There are a lot of other options out there.

So my pdoc was more understanding than I thought he would be!!!!! He discontinued haldol, cogentin AND Latuda. He said if I'm still having psychosis on it there's not reason to continue taking it.

Then he added vraylar 3mg twice a day. I'm hoping it helps. Also said if it does help he will
Work on getting it authorized and covered by my insurance.
