Today I’m a thread killer. Today absolutely sucks and it’s getting worse
 I guess my “sleep hygiene” has been particularly bad ... And I can’t find a nice river to have a bath in I feel so alone tonight

I'm sorry to hear you are doing so poorly, Fuzzy.
 It was just a couple of days ago, it seemed you had actually found a bit of a bright spot to rest in.  I send hugs with the hope that the clouds might soon part. And that you might find that bright spot once again.
