I love to eat so much. It makes me feel so good. If I could afford to, I would buy tons of it. It is one of the few things that don't trigger me and actually lifts my spirits. Right now, I am about to eat oreos on and milk. What do you enjoy eating?

French fries. Seriously I love them. I’m trying to cut down because I’m trying to lose weight but I would eat them every single day if I could.

I love things like pasta and rice. I love Chinese food and Mexican food . I also really love mashed potatoes. My favorite drink is Diet Coke.

I can actually eat unhealthy amounts of fruit. Soft pears, ripe pineapple. melon, mango, bananas... I ate 3 pounds of strawberries over the weekend. I am tracking everything I eat and making it fit and staying pretty trim after losing a bunch since last summer.

What I mostly avoid that I could also stuff myself with is chocolate. Not so much chocolate bars as brownies, fudge, chocolate moose tracks ice cream and Keebler fudge coated cookies. I eat some of that, but have to really limit it. I used to binge on it.

I don’t really have foods I like to eat a lot of, but then, again, I’m recovered from anorexia. Eating disorders are tied in with depression and most especially with bipolar.

Not a problem. And BP overlaps with lots of different EDs - anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, eating disorder not otherwise specified. I think research shows the tightest link between BP and binge eating disorder, but I could be wrong.

The binge eating disorder definitely makes sense! Thats why I created this thread cause I know there is a ton of us that binge eat. If I had the money I would eat more....

I also don't like eating. I do it because I have too. My husband on the other hand loves food. We can't find a healthy middle ground. I've gained 40 lbs. since I moved to FL three years ago.

I would down plates of pasta if I could. I have a thick, kicking spaghetti sauce. No noodle is immune.

Chocolate is great also, especially chocolate chip cookies and ice cream. When we're out we like getting chocolate lava cake.

Pasta of any kind but I keep it too once every 10-14 days. Carbs make me feel awful after I eat it.

Well, I've had to cut a lot from my diet, but managed to find this Wal-Mart brand trail mix and have been eating that daily since. It's bad because of sugar and fat and I've definitely gained since it.

I eat that but crave cigarettes. I gave that up, but this food craving/cig craving is annoying!!

I also really like pizza. D amnit now I want that!

Cottage cheese with fresh pineapple.

Large curd needed. Fresh pineapple but soft-like.

That’s a meal for me.
