Ive posted 8 or maube more timesin the last week on my blog. A good friend ive known for quite a few years says that when i do this im headed for an episode. I do see pdoc tomorrow but i just wondeted what your thoughts are.

Sometimes our friends know us better than we do ourselves. There is a possibility that it's a warning sign, but I personally wouldn't give it too much attention unless you start to notice changes in your mood or energy level.

Well pdoc called when i was out to dinner 2 1/2 hours ago. She wanted to change my appointment time with her tomorrow. I was all bouncy and chipper and full of "Great! ... Uh huh! .... No thats no problem at all!s"

Saw pdoc/NP. We talked about how I've been feeling the last little bit. "My youngest was taking too long picking out sheet music and CDs at a music store so I snatched the CD away with a quickness and stomped my way up to the front counter to pay for it." "I've also been getting up at 5:30 every morning wide awake." "I've been short with people in public too because they dont move quickly enough." She thought my Rexulti and Trileptal needed increased. We'll try that for a week and see.

I hope the med changes help you!
 I notice many people write more frequently and, sometimes, longer posts than usual when having a mood change toward hypomania/mania.  WC
