Depends... What do you want to do for yourself vs with the family?

My mom likes to go out with my sister to get her nails done, for example. (Takes about 1 hr.) Then with my dad, she watches a movie with him. (Takes about 2 hrs.) My turn is just hanging out and walking around somewhere (trail, mall, whatever) just to have 1-on-1 time. (Takes about 2 hrs.) Then as a family, we invite everyone over for dinner. My grandma and my sister's boyfriend, and relatives if they're going to visit.
Thanks for this!

My dad is taking my mom and me to brunch or fixing us breakfast. My son is working on a picture for me when I get home. Other then that it'll be a normal day.

I love Mother's Day. I've been a really good mom, so I treat myself as much as I can for the holiday. Yesterday I had a manicure (grey-lavender gel on nails) & pedicure (a gorgeous mint-green gel on toes).

I bought some pretty hair color for myself to do a few colorful highlights. I can't afford to do anything more this month, but I made an appointment for June to have my hair cut and highlighted.

My kids are taking me to a NAMI fundraiser on Sunday. It's a bingo game. Should be a lot of fun!

I hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day, 99fairies!
Thanks for this!

I wanted to go fishing, but the season is over. Maybe we will for a hike.

I’m supposed to go with my mom to my brother’s but we’re all pretty mad at her at the moment so I’m not sure it’s going to happen. Other than that a normal day. Same stuff I do every Sunday. Not having a spouse really downplays Mother’s Day because there’s no one to get my son involved and he’s too little to do it on his own.

It'll be a normal day for me. My daughter is going through her own drama with her friends, so that's taking up her time. We're also trying to save up money to get the house fixed to sell.
