Hi everyone. Just wondering if there's a great app out there that is specifically for Bipolar people. I used to belong to the one from Alliance Health (which was awesome), but they ended up discontinuing it for some reason. A few of us went to project toe, but the app sucked so we stopped using it. I've tried Wisdo and MyDepressionTeam, but just wondering if there's others.

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

I use eMoods, the free version. It tracks sleep, depression, elevated mood, irritability, psychosis. It has a daily notes feature but it’s a pain to access old ones.

It spits out your info in a nice monthly graph so you can see your mood trends.
