I have two important appointments at the hospital in the next two days -early in the morning of course- and we got a long confusing letter from the landlord that I dont know how to make hydes or tails of. Its all making me very anxious. This on top of those people the other day and I feel decidedly unwell. I am paralysed and don't know what to do.

I’m sorry you’re feeling so stuck. I get overwhelmed with appointments as well. And especially with confusing paperwork. I just got a letter from COBRA to pay for my insurance for the next few months and I’m confused as to what it’s supposed to be.

I know the feeling. I hope you feel better soon. Just take it one bit at a time, is it possible to ask your landlord what the letter is about or have somebody else try and decipher what it's about to you?

Ugh, that is not a good feeling, to receive a letter you don't understand. Would it help if you tell us what the letter says? Maybe some of us can interpret it for you.
